Minimum Number of Guests to Run a Tour

Our public tours require a minimum of 4 beer lovers to run. In the unfortunate event that we do not meet the minimum amount of guests to run a tour, we’ll contact you at least 24-48 hours before your tour to discuss your options. You have the option of rescheduling your tour to another date at no charge, or we’ll refund your money in full.

Cancellations

Once your ticket has been purchased for a public tour, the following refund policies apply to all requests for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling. There are no exceptions to our cancellation policies so please read carefully and plan accordingly.

Requests for Refunds and Reschedules

  • 7+ Days Before Your Tour – 20% processing fee
  • 6 days to 72 hours Before Your Tour –50% processing fee
  • 72 hours or less – no refunds or reschedules

Transfer of Tour Seats

We understand that life happens and you may not be able to attend your tour. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your seats to other guests at no extra charge. You MUST however, contact VBT and provide the names and contact information of the new guests so we know to expect them on tour! If you are unable to transfer your seats to others in the event you are unable to make the tour, our cancellation policies apply.

Lateness Policy

We provide multiple email confirmations as a reminder for your tour, location and start time. If you are running late and unable to meet your tour guide on time, we may have to leave without you so as to not keep other guests waiting an unreasonable amount of time. You are welcome to join the tour in progress at the 1st brewery location by cab/bus at your own expense. What is your first brewery stop? Please check your reminder email sent 24 hours before your tour as it lists the breweries visited on your tour.

Vancouver Brewery Tours does not provide refunds, partial credits, expense reimbursements related to additional travel costs, or provide the opportunity to reschedule your booking due to lateness and/or a missed tour due to lateness. It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the correct location so please plan accordingly. If you have any questions related to your tour, contact us anytime.
