Transportation – Pick up and Drop Off
A standard pick-up and drop-off is included in the tour at either Waterfront Station or at a location of your choice within the downtown core, close by, or on the way to your 1st brewery location. All requests are subject to availability. If your group requires a custom location pick up or drop off outside of this area, requests may be subject to an additional travel charge. Size of Tour
We can accommodate groups of any size. With our fleet of vehicles we can accommodate 1-42 people with each van having a maximum capacity of 14 people. For larger groups we partner with transportation providers. Contact us for more information.
Price and Payment
Pricing is dependent on the number of guests you have on tour. You are welcome to submit a request for a quote. An initial, non-refundable deposit of $250 + tax (per van) is required to reserve your tour date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 week before your tour. Please note, your requested tour date and time will only be reserved once payment of the initial deposit has been made. We do not hold dates and times until payment is received.
Forms of Payment
All tours are payable through the online payment system PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note you do not need to create a Paypal account in order to process your transaction.
Our guides work hard to provide the best experience possible for your group! Gratuities are not included in the cost of the tour. While optional, our guides are happy to receive a cash gratuity on the tour, or for your convenience, we can also add the gratuity onto your invoice. A suggested minimum 10%-15% gratuity is recommended and is customary in the industry.

Payment of the $250+tax initial deposit is non-refundable.
Once your final balance is paid (due 7 days prior to tour departure) there are no refunds for cancellations.
Please note that Private Tours are sold as a group package, and we are unable to provide individual refunds or tour credits for any participants in a private tour group who were unable to make the tour for any reason.
Absolutely NO alcohol is to be consumed while traveling in the van. If alcohol is observed being consumed in the van, the driver will pull over immediately to empty the contents of the beverage and will communicate a last chance warning to the group. A repeat occurrence will result in the immediate, non-negotiable termination of the tour. Refunds will not be provided in these situations.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed on the van. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes and more.
Right of Refusal
Vancouver Brewery Tours has the right to refuse service to any guest that appears to be intoxicated, or acts inappropriately or aggressively to, but not limited to, other tour members, brewery staff, patrons of the brewery and Vancouver Brewery Tours staff. This applies to behaviour witnessed at any point on tour. No refunds will be provided in these situations.
By paying the non-refundable $250 deposit, you agree that you have read the Private Tour Policies, and understand and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in your tour package.
