Late Tour Support for Weekly Public Tours

Late for a tour and not sure what to do? Don’t worry, you have come to the right place!

If you are running late and were unable to meet your tour guide on time, the group may have left without you so as to not keep other guests waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Please join the tour in progress at the 1st brewery by taxi or public transit at your own expense. What is your first brewery? See the full list below. There are often taxis outside of Waterfront Station.

In short: Call a taxi, confirm the brewery location below, and on arrival ask the brewery staff where the Vancouver Brewery Tours tour is.

Lateness Policy for Public Tours

Vancouver Brewery Tours provides multiple emails including a confirmation and reminder email for your tour. Each email contains meeting time, meeting location and plenty of tips on how to find the meeting location and what to do if you are late. If we have your phone number from your booking with us, our tour guides also do their best to leave a voicemail with the location of the 1st brewery – sorry but we may not be able to call international numbers.

Vancouver Brewery Tours does not provide refunds, partial credits, expense reimbursements related to additional travel costs, or provide the opportunity to reschedule your booking for a missed tour due to lateness. It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the correct location so please plan accordingly.

Beer Policy for Late Guests

If you join a tour in progress and missed beers at your 1st or 2nd stop, your tour guide will offer to buy you your missed beers at your current location.
