The Postmark beer lineup is designed to cater to a session setting. Balanced and approachable, their beers are all brewed in small batches with premium ingredients, true to the craft style. Consistent quality is paramount as they strive to create beers that cater not only to thirsty palates but to the active lifestyles many on the west coast enjoy. As veteran Brewmaster Dominic Giraldes always says “My brewing philosophy revolves around my four-pint rule; you should enjoy the fourth as much as the first.”
Inspired by more than just great tasting sessionable beers, they enjoy taking a collaborative approach towards other passions in life including music, photography, clothing, art, events and especially those who are taking risks and making great things happen.
Food
Food from the adjacent Belgard Kitchen is not normally provided on tour, but can be arranged in advance.
Buying beer to take home
Beer is available for purchase in various growler sizes, cans and bottles.
Tours available subject to availability, as we only visit the breweries when it’s convenient for them to have large groups.
